Committed to Safety, Service, and Smarter Roads

Scott Riley brings a lifetime of experience and a practical mindset to Victor. Retired from a career in quality and safety management for Kodak, Carestream Health, and the British Standards Institute, Scott also served more than 40 years with the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary. He and his wife Susan moved to Victor four years ago, drawn by the small-town feel and sense of community. Scott is committed to protecting Victor’s rural character while strengthening services like fire and EMS. His top concern is traffic. Scott will champion smart infrastructure solutions to ease congestion, improve flow, and make our streets safer for everyone.
